1.3 million compensation for doctors’ fault

The patient, who became bound to the wheelchair due to the fault of the private doctors, will be compensated for the damages suffered.

6 years ago she started the Court proceedings against the doctors, who participated in 3 surgeries to straighten and make her legs longer. Regardless of the fact that complications developed after the surgeries, they were considered to be successful and issues were not corrected.

The plaintiff suffered further problems with health which led to disability. After several years, the Court rules in favor of the plaintiff and doctors must not pay out 1,3 million EUR compensation.
