An American has sued Apple Corporation

An American inventor has sued Apple Corporation for allegedly stealing his idea of an iPhone.

According to the Plaintiff, he invented the gadget back in 1992. As a compensation, he demands 10 billion USD and 1,5% from the total volume of sales of the corporation.

As a proof, he provided the drawings which  he submitted to acquire patent before the IPhone was released. However, he did not manage to get a patent because he failed to pay the relevant governmental fee.
