Bank of Cyprus sets 2026 interim dividend and earnings dates

Nicosia, Cyprus. Bank of Cyprus has updated its corporate financial calendar, setting dates for its interim dividend distribution and its nine-month 2026 financial results announcement following a strong first-half performance.

Dividend timetable

The bank said the ex-interim dividend date is September 21, 2026. Investors acquiring shares from that date onwards will not be entitled to the upcoming payment.

The record date for eligible interim dividend shareholders is September 22, 2026. Cash payments are scheduled for October 21, 2026.

Results announcement

Bank of Cyprus said it will release its financial results for the first nine months of 2026 and hold an analysts’ briefing on November 5, 2026.

Financial results announcements will be published before the opening of trading on the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, while analysts’ briefings will take place later the same day.

The bank said it reserves the right to amend the dates, subject to relevant and timely public notification.

First-half performance

The updated calendar follows the group’s first-half 2026 disclosures, which reported profit after tax of €252 million, up 7 per cent year-on-year.

The board approved an interim dividend of €0.24 per ordinary share, 20 per cent higher than the previous interim payment. The distribution is equivalent to approximately €105 million and represents a 44 per cent payout ratio on first-half earnings.
