CSE extends trading suspension for four Emerging Companies Market firms until June 22, 2026

Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) said it will extend the suspension of trading for four companies listed on the Emerging Companies Market from April 20, 2026. The CSE said the suspension will run for two months, until June 22, 2026.

Companies affected and legal basis

The decision affects Rianeson Investments Plc, G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd, A.J. Green Shell Plc, and K. Kouimtzis S.A. The CSE said the move was reached pursuant to Article 183 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law because the reasons for continuing the suspension remain in place.

Reporting obligations cited for Rianeson Investments Plc and A.J. Green Shell Plc

The CSE said Rianeson Investments Plc and A.J. Green Shell Plc have failed to submit and publish their Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2024. It also said the two companies have not submitted or published their Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended June 30, 2025.

Nominated Advisor and reporting issues for K. Kouimtzis S.A.

The CSE said K. Kouimtzis S.A. remains in breach of its ongoing obligation because it does not maintain the services of a Nominated Advisor. The exchange added that the company has not issued and published its financial report for the half-year period ended June 30, 2025.

Half-yearly report issue for G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd

The CSE said G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd faces continued suspension due to the non-submission and non-publication of its Half-Yearly Report for the period ended June 30, 2025.

Conditions for earlier resumption

The CSE said trading may resume earlier if the companies comply with their pending ongoing obligations.
