Yesterday marked the premiere of the song “Gravity”, performed by the singer Hovig, who will be presenting Cyprus at the Eurovision 2017. The song was written by famous Swedish musician and composer Thomas G:son.
Hovig – is the singer of Armenian origins, but he was born in Nicosia earlier, he studied marketing and business, however he quickly abandoned it in order to start the singing career. He already participated in the selection process for the Eurovision twice, and only this time he got lucky.
As planned, Cyprus will start competing in the semi-finals of the international competition. This year Eurovision will take place in Kiev on 9th, 11th and 13th of May.
