The EAC announced that it will not disconnect the electricity supply for the non paying consumers during the whole Easter period. This concerns consumers, who are served at tariffs 05, 06, 07 and 08 and is only for the period between 10th and 21st of April.
Consumers, who were already disconnected for arrears, can apply for re-connection.
This service is available in Customer Service centres. These rules, however, do not concern those, who were disconnected for tempering with equipment and for theft of electricity.
