Athens, Greece. Eurobank announced on Monday that it repurchased 1,464,364 shares on Euronext Athens for €6,119,952.33 between July 20 and July 24, 2026, under its ongoing share buyback programme.
The purchases were carried out following resolutions adopted by shareholders at the bank’s annual general meeting on April 28, 2026, and by its board of directors on April 29, 2026.

Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A., a member of the exchange, facilitated the purchases on behalf of the bank.
On July 20, Eurobank acquired 713,366 shares for €2,961,925.44. The average price was €4.1520 per share, with prices ranging from €4.1010 to €4.2000.
On July 21, the bank purchased 49,631 shares for €208,956.94, at an average price of €4.2102 per share. The highest price was €4.2400 and the lowest was €4.1550.

On July 22, Eurobank bought 23,214 shares valued at €101,406.64, at an average price of €4.3683 per share. Prices ranged from €4.3350 to €4.3860.
The bank acquired 654,924 shares on July 23 for €2,746,725.75, with an average price of €4.1940 per share. The highest price was €4.3210 and the lowest was €4.1510.
On July 24, it purchased 23,229 shares for €100,937.56, at an average price of €4.3453 per share. Prices ranged from €4.3310 to €4.3700.
