Nicosia, Cyprus. The government on Thursday named a team of five criminal investigators to examine findings reached by the anti-corruption authority during its probe into the book Mafia State.
Investigators named
Government spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis said the five investigators are Vasilios Skouris, Christos Mylonopoulos, Sotiris Liasides, Nikolas Koursaris, and Dimitris Tsokalidis.
Scope of examination
The anti-corruption authority’s probe concluded, among other things, that former president Nicos Anastasiades may be criminally liable for abuse of power.
