“NEMESIS – 2016” in the EEZ of Cyprus

The International Military training session code-named “NEMESIS – 2016” will take place in the Exclusive Economic Zone of Cyprus.

The Ministry of Defence of Cyprus stated that these large-scale training will be done with participants from Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, U.K., U.S.A. and the European maritime security Agency.

The training scenario will feature military ships, police missions in relation to the combating the terrorism, rescue missions and training concerning the contamination of the fishing zones and trading routes.
