Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited and eWise Cyprus Ltd have launched a formal, competitive Invitation to Tender for the proposed sale of a portfolio of 14 petrol service stations in the Republic of Cyprus. The sale is being offered in accordance with a decision by the Commission for the Protection of Competition dated 16.12.2025 approving PHL’s acquisition of ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited.
