Nicosia, Cyprus. Piaf-The Show Hymne à la Môme will be staged in Cyprus for the first time with three performances in January 2027. The production pays tribute to the music and life of French singer Édith Piaf.
Tour dates in Cyprus
The show will be presented at Markideio Theatre in Paphos on January 29, at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre on January 30 and at Pattihio Theatre in Limassol on January 31.
Performance and production
Performer Nathalie Lermitte will appear live on stage, accompanied by a symphony orchestra. The production is produced by Gil Marsalla and Directo Prod.
Programme
The performances will include Édith Piaf’s songs La Vie en Rose, Milord, Padam Padam and Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien, as well as other pieces. Rare archival footage will also be presented, highlighting Piaf’s life and legacy.
International tour
Piaf-The Show Hymne à la Môme is on a world tour with more than 200 performances in 50 countries. According to the organisers, the show has attracted more than two million viewers worldwide.
Theme of the production
The production centres on a theme described as central to Piaf’s work: love for her audience. The show combines French-language theatre, music and history.
