Nicosia, Cyprus. SSH Solar Finance PLC said on Tuesday it will proceed with an interest payment on its green bonds for the period from January 31, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
The bonds are traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange’s New Market, with eligible bondholders due to receive payment on or before July 31, 2026.
Interest rate and payment schedule
The annual interest rate on the securities is 8.00%, comprising a fixed coupon rate of 4.00% and a variable interest rate of 4.00%, under terms set out in the company’s January 15, 2026 announcement.
Following a restatement of terms on March 21, 2025, interest payments are made twice a year, on January 31 and July 31.
Key dates
The record date for the upcoming interest payment is the close of business on July 24, 2026.
The ex-interest date is July 23, 2026, while the cum-interest date is July 22, 2026.
