The Old Port in Limassol will become a venue for various sports events dedicated to the Global Wellness Day.
Everyone is welcome to enjoy the day full of fun, participate in fitness programmes, enjoy live music and various surprises.
The Global Wellness Day — is the worldwide non-commercial event organised by volunteers. The Wellness Day includes various fitness classes and workouts, presentations about healthy eating and spiritual practices. This is a social movement which is aimed to increase awareness of healthy lifestyle around the globe.
Schedule of training:
- 18:00 — 18:30 — Bodycombat;
- 18:45 — 19:15 — Cardio Grit;
- 19:15 — 20:00 — Zumba for all.
