Christodoulides and Erhurman to meet under UN auspices on Feb. 24

Nicosia, Cyprus. President Nikos Christodoulides and Turkish Cypriot leader Tufan Erhurman will hold a new meeting under UN auspices on February 24 at 11am, government spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis said on Monday.

Meeting details and purpose

In a written statement, Letymbiotis said the meeting is part of an ongoing effort to keep communication channels open and to promote the process, with the aim of resuming substantive negotiations from where they left off.
