DNA evidence was collected from the scene as part of the investigation.
The suspect is also allegedly connected to the theft of generators and other items worth approximately €2,000 from premises in Argaka.

Police recovered various items from both locations and sent them for forensic examination.
The suspect appeared before the court without a lawyer and did not object to his detention.
He raised concerns about his detention conditions, telling the court that he had been forced to sleep on the floor because two prisoners were sharing a cell with one bed.
