Complaints in Business-Class

An Australian journal has published the list of the most common complaints made by the passengers, who are travelling in business-class, as reported by the cabin crew. It is specified that the rating concern flights from Australia with duration of more than 10 hours.

Most frequently, the passengers were puzzled why they did not get pajamas and were asking when it will be delivered to them. At the second place, there is the complaint about inadequate massaging power of the chair.

Furthermore, the travelers were ordering bottles of Don Perignon and were upset when they were told that it was not available. The passengers also complained that the mattress is not hard enough and that they were unable to get up from their seat due to large number of drinks on their tables.
