Drive carefully in the mountain regions!

The Traffic Police of Cyprus warns the drivers to be careful when driving in the mountainous areas of the island due to bad weather.

According to the latest data, due to the rain and fog, the visibility is especially bad on the roads Platres – Troodos and Platres – Trooditissa.

The roads Kykkos – Kampos and Kampos – Orkonta are also dangerous due to mud and falling rocks. The drivers are advised to keep in low gear, switch headlights on and to keep safe distance from other vehicles.
