Fire at Paphos car repair shop damages parked vehicle

Paphos, Cyprus. A fire at a car repair shop early Wednesday caused extensive damage to a car parked outside, police said. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Fire reported overnight

Police said the fire was reported at 2.10am and was extinguished by the fire brigade.

Damage assessment pending

The damage, mainly to the front of the car, has not yet been estimated.

Investigation continues

Authorities are continuing investigations into the cause of the fire.
