Mantovani sole candidate for Latin Cypriots’ non-voting representative in new parliament

Nicosia, Cyprus. Antonella Lydia Mantovani is the only Latin Cypriot standing for election as the community’s non-voting representative in the new parliament. If no objections are filed by 12.30pm on Thursday, she will be elected for a third term.

Sole candidacy and objection deadline

Mantovani, 54, has served as the Latin Cypriot community’s representative in the House since 2016. With no other candidates standing, she is set to continue in the role unless objections to her candidacy are submitted by the stated deadline.
