Marina in Ayia Napa

Seven international companies are competing to take on the project of marina construction in Ayia Napa. After 25 years of negotiations of the plans, the tender has entered into the final stage and the construction is expected to begin in the second half of the current year.

The construction of the marina will be done under the control of M.M. Makronisos Marina Ltd. And Egyptian billionaire Naguib Saviris.

Seven companies submitted their offers during the tender, according to which the realization of the project will cost tenths of millions Euros – the Cyprus Property Buyers reports.
