Personal mobility devices

Among those reported were 86 operators of personal mobility devices, including electric scooters. One PMD operator tested positive in a roadside drug test, police said.

Other offences

Officers issued 66 speeding tickets, with police noting that speeding remains one of the leading causes of serious road collisions.

A further eight drivers were reported for drink-driving, while two roadside drug tests were carried out during the operation.
