TeraVibes to stage its largest event yet in Kato Arodes
TeraVibes will return on August 29 with live music and DJs at the old village school in Kato Arodes.

Kato Arodes, Cyprus. TeraVibes will hold its largest event to date on Saturday, August 29, featuring live music and DJs at an old village school in Kato Arodes.
From village garden gatherings
TeraVibes began around three years ago as a small gathering of friends playing music in a village garden, without a wider plan or expectation of attracting interest beyond their immediate circle.
The festival was founded in Tera, in the foothills of Polis, with a few instruments and the hospitality of local resident Zenonas, whose home has hosted many bohemian visitors.
Founders’ experience
The event is organised by sound technician Alex Kalimeri, sound engineer George Avraam and lighting designer Danny El Said.
The three have spent years working behind the scenes at concerts and events across the island before deciding to establish an event of their own.
“After years behind the scenes, we wanted to create something new and add our vision to the ever-growing music scene,” Avraam said.
Avraam and El Said were involved when TeraVibes began, while Kalimeri, a friend who shared their ambitions, later joined them. Following its first concert, the gatherings expanded beyond Tera.
