The Ministry of Finance has announced the surplus in the government budget

The Ministry of Finance of Cyprus announced the surplus in the budget by 65,5 million Euros. The improvement on the balance sheet was 6 times bigger than in 2015. Overall, from January to November, the profits have increased by 127 million Euros and reached the mark of 5,8 billion Euros, whereas the expenditure was decreased by 42 million Euros.

The Minister of Finance announced that for the first 11 months of 2016 the main sources of income derived from tax and VAT.
