Three arrested in overnight police operations as officers check vehicles and establishments

Nicosia, Cyprus. Police arrested three individuals during overnight operations aimed at clamping down on crime. Officers checked vehicles and establishments and filed reports for multiple offences.

Vehicle checks and offences

Police pulled over 316 vehicles and checked 420 drivers and passengers. They filed 140 reports, including 48 for speeding and one for drink driving.

Establishment inspections

Police checked 40 establishments and filed two reports.
