Three pelican crossings installed on Greece Avenue in Aradippou

Aradippou, Cyprus. Aradippou municipality said on Tuesday that three pelican crossings have been installed on Greece Avenue in the Larnaca suburb. It urged drivers and pedestrians to exercise caution and comply with traffic lights and road markings.

Crossing locations

The crossings are located at the intersections of Greece Avenue with Sergius and Bacchus Street, Yiorgos Theotokas Street, and Iakovos Patatsos Street.

Municipality statement

The municipality called on “all drivers and pedestrians” to “exercise special caution, comply with traffic lights and road markings, and contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the new traffic system”.

Infrastructure and safety

The municipality said it continues to invest in projects that upgrade infrastructure and enhance road safety, with the aim of protecting human life and improving the daily lives of residents.
