Yellow warning issued for isolated storms with possible hail on Monday

Nicosia, Cyprus. A yellow warning has been issued for isolated storms on Monday, possibly accompanied by hail. The warning is valid from 11am to 5pm, the Meteorological Department said.

Warning period and expected impacts

The Meteorological Department said the heavy rain will mainly affect inland areas. Rainfall is expected to reach 35mm to 50mm per hour.
