Private cemetery in Paphos

In the Acheleia village in Paphos, the first-ever private cemetery on the island may be established.

Municipality of the city is working on the issue of establishing a new regional cemetery for the last few years. Now the Municipality has addressed to the private sector to conduct the relevant studies.

Investors will be obliged to adhere to all the religious practices and norms.

From the very beginning of creation of the new cemetery, the project is controlled by the Municipality, so the Church will not have any objections.
