Eurobank completes €2.46 million share buyback between July 27 and 31

Athens, Greece. Eurobank S.A. repurchased 556,717 of its own shares for €2,461,056.60 between July 27 and July 31, 2026, under its ongoing capital management programme. The Greek lender announced the transactions on August 3.


Buyback programme

The shares were acquired on the Euronext Athens exchange at an average price of €4.4207 per share.

All trades were processed through the bank’s subsidiary investment arm, Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A.

The programme was announced on June 10, 2026, following approvals by shareholders at the annual general meeting on April 28 and by the board of directors on April 29. The shareholder resolution was adopted in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018.

Daily trading activity

On July 27, Eurobank acquired 26,949 shares at an average price of €4.4752 per share, for a total of €120,601.72. Transactions ranged from €4.43 to €4.50.

On July 28, the bank repurchased 63,276 shares for €279,343.46, at an average price of €4.4147. Prices ranged from €4.3840 to €4.44.

On July 29, Eurobank bought 118,367 shares for €521,680.83, at an average price of €4.4073. The shares traded between €4.3950 and €4.42.
