French jet fighter “Mirage” has made an emergency landing in the city of Paphos airport. This was reported by RIA news with reference to Sigma television channel.
Yesterday afternoon “Mirage”, which was in the Nicosia region has requested emergency landing at the Paphos International airport.
Reason for the landing was due to the damage of the fuel tank. Landing was made successfully and currently the specialists are trying to make the necessary repairs.
Most likely, the jet fighter will return to France, however the authorities are not confirming the exact route for security reasons.
