The representatives of the Paphos Municipality led by the Mayor Mr. Fedonas Fedonos went to Herzliya (Israel). During their official visit, the second part of the ceremony marking unification between Paphos and Herzliya will take place. The first part was completed in October 2016 in Cyprus.
The plans are that the future cooperation between the two cities will be concentrated in tourism and new technologies sectors. Furthermore, the events of Pafos2017 will be discussed.
Within the framework of the visit, the delegation will meet with the Israel Minister of Tourism, management of the Chamber of Commerce and Trade of Tel-Aviv, entrepreneurs in tourism sector of both countries, as well as companies and organisations, which are specialising in new technologies.
