Cyprus resident received the biggest financial compensation after being hurt in a traffic accident. The court decided to pay the 40-year-old man 1 million and 100 thousand euro, since the man can not support himself as a result of the accident.
Three years ago, a man was riding a motorcycle and was hit by a car. On the night of the accident, he was taken to the hospital in Nicosia, where doctors diagnosed serious physical injuries, leaving the victim paralyzed for few months.
Despite the fact, that the man is able to move independently now, he remains dependent on medicines and has to use a catheter.
