DROP PHYSIOGYM

Drop PhysioGym is a physiotherapy/personal training studio that provides rehabilitation and strengthening of neurological and musculoskeletal issues which located in Daniil 9A Nicosia, Strovolos. Head of the studio is physiotherapist and personal trainer Christos Hadjisoteriou who attended sport science at TEFAA in Athens and physiotherapist at Semmelweise university in Hungary/Budapest.

It is the treatment of physical conditions aimed at promoting, maintaining and restoring physical well-being. Physiotherapy is based on sound scientific knowledge and our physiotherapists are committed to evaluating and reviewing the evidence underlying the practice and delivery of the treatment.

Our goal is to increase the functional ability of our patients and prevent the recurrence of injury. The clinic specializes on sports medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, post operative and injury rehabilitation, back and neck injuries,manual therapy techniques, muscle balancing and hands on physiotherapy treatment. We provide a high standard of service and each patient in thoroughly assessed and advised of an individual treatment plan according to their particular problem.

Our physiotherapists have involved in high levels of sporting events and specialize in sports related injuries. They have years of experience in muscleskeletal issues. Our members of the team are also sports enthusiasts and participate providing them with a deep understanding of sporting injuries and the path to recovery.

Neurological physiotherapy is able to kick stars the message pathways that your brain is struggling to use, to make new pathways through repetitive actions and exercises. Many of our clients who undergo neurological physiotherapy can improve symptoms such as, difficulties with loss of balance, loss of hand, arm or leg,foot function, walking,spasticity and pain.

At the first consultation we assess and create personal goals. Drop PhysioGym recognizes that everybody’s goals are different. They can be anything from walking, driving, returning to work or going back to sport again.

Physiotherapy sessions are carried out by specialist in musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapists, a therapeutic exercise instructor or physiotherapy assistant, either individually or in a group exercise class. Appointments are usually within five working days. A comprehensive assessment establishes individual needs and recommendations for the future treatment.
