Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has prolonged by two months, to December 28, 2026, the halt on trading in shares of Rianeson Investments Plc and G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd. Both companies still have financial reporting duties that have not been met.

Legal basis for the decision

The exchange announced on Friday that the suspensions remain in place under Article 185 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law. It said the grounds for the initial decisions had not been resolved.

Rianeson Investments

Rianeson Investments has not filed and published four financial reports, covering annual and half-yearly periods. They are:
– the annual report for the year ended December 31, 2024;
– the half-yearly report for the six months to June 30, 2025;
– the annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025;
– the half-yearly report for the six months to June 30, 2026.

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos stays suspended because it has not filed and published its half-yearly financial report for the period ended June 30, 2026.

Possible early lifting

The CSE stated that either suspension could end before the new deadline if the company concerned meets its outstanding obligations while the suspension is in effect.
