Nicosia, Cyprus. The Cyprus Stock Exchange on Friday announced the continuation of trading suspensions for Emerging Companies Market firms Rianeson Investments Plc and G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd.

The suspensions will take effect from August 25, 2026, and may remain in force until October 26, 2026, unless the companies meet their outstanding obligations earlier.

Reasons for suspensions

The CSE said the decision was taken under Article 183 of the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange Law, as the grounds requiring the suspension of trading in both companies’ shares remain in place.

Rianeson Investments Plc has not submitted or published its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2024. It has also not submitted or published its half-yearly financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025, or its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd has not submitted or published its half-yearly financial report for the period ended June 30, 2025, or its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Duration of suspension

The stock exchange said the trading suspension would last for a maximum of two months.

It may be lifted before October 26, 2026, if the companies comply with their outstanding ongoing obligations.
