Landslides, which blocked the Troodos – Platres road will be cleared soon

Due to some heavy raining during the weekend, which have caused landslides, the part of the Troodos – Platres road was closed for traffic.

Moreover, the roads Kambou — Kykkos, Kykkou — Yerakion and Yerakion — Pedoula were also in danger of landslides.

The authorities promised to clear all the roads during the day, however the police urges drivers to be extremely cautious when driving in the endangered regions.
