Nicosia, Cyprus. Saturday is forecast to be partly cloudy, with isolated afternoon showers likely and a chance of storms in the higher mountains and inland areas.

Saturday daytime

Temperatures are expected to climb to about 25 degrees Celsius both inland and on the coast, and to 16 degrees in the higher mountains. Winds will begin as variable at 3 Beaufort, then shift to mainly southeasterly to southwesterly directions and strengthen to as much as 4 Beaufort.

Saturday evening

Cloud will remain partly present in the evening, with a possibility of light rain. Temperatures will fall to 14 degrees Celsius inland, about 16 degrees on the coast and 6 degrees in the higher mountains. Winds will come from the northwest to northeast, while on the north coast they will be southeasterly, at around 3 Beaufort. Sea conditions will range from calm to slightly rough.
