According to the Cyprus police, the car of the Chairman of Hellenic Bank – Mrs. Irina Georgiadou was set on fire in her garage. The fire also destroyed the second car, which was parked next to the first one. Most probably, the second car was damaged accidentally.

Police suspects that the fire was started by an arsonist. The cars have sustained significant damage, which is still under evaluation.

The similar incident happened with the car of the Hellenic Bank’s CEO in February 2016.
