Honey & Spice Shop offers dairy products made from the milk of Jersey cows, butterfat and the old English culture breeds.
The benefits of organic milk products:
Organic milk from Jersey cows fed on fresh grass contains no chemicals, preservatives, and pesticides; is a rich source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids, omega-3 and antioxidants.- Preparation of dairy products from Jersey cow’s milk takes place under strict controls at all stages of production.
- The absence of any growth hormones, such as recombinant bovine growth hormone rBGH or rBST, as well as antibiotics makes these dairy products safer and healthier for the consumer.
- Kefir is a natural probiotic milk with a high nutritional value which is easily absorbed by the body. Kefir contains significant amounts of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, and is also rich in vitamins such as pyridoxine, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12.
All products are manufactured in the shop’s own organic farm, A. Vounos Ltd., located in the village of Prodromi, Paphos, and is delivered daily to the Honey & Spice shops.
