Cyprus – a photo tour

On this day, your photo collection will be enriched by:

• the narrow, historic streets of authentic Limassol;
• street cafés and small restaurants serving traditional cuisine;
• buildings from ancient times and the modern era;
• photos of the ancient castle (photography is permitted inside);
• Molos – the promenade running alongside the old town, where the sea and modern architecture blend harmoniously;
• Limassol Marina – a modern harbour for private yachts, sailing boats and luxury liners.

Lunch in the old town at a traditional tavern.
Dinner at the hotel. After dinner, a get-together and a look through the photos.

• We’ll start our day by watching the sunrise at the White Cliffs. We’ll head to Alamanou Beach near Limassol to take some stunning photos and enjoy the magnificent view from the viewing platform.
• Next, we’ll head to St George’s Monastery. As you enter the monastery courtyard, you’ll be enveloped by the enchanting scent of flowers and a sense of peace and tranquillity.
• Our next stop is the village of Pentakomo, followed by the famous fishing village of Zigi, where you can enjoy a traditional fish meze at a local taverna.

Return to the hotel. Free time, a photo review session and dinner at the hotel. After dinner, a get-together and photo review session.

Your photo collection will be enriched today with:

• shots of the ancient city of Kourion, with its famous Greco-Roman theatre and breathtaking views;
• photos of the legendary Bay of Aphrodite;
• photos of Paphos’s famous seafront promenade, as well as the oldest architectural monument – St Paul’s Pillar;
• photos of the House of Dionysus, where the mosaics depicting scenes from Greek mythology are beautifully preserved. Once you’ve climbed up to the Paphos Lighthouse, you’ll be able to photograph a stunning sunset – a memory that will remain in your hearts forever!

*After a stroll along the Pafos seafront, there will be a break for lunch at a local taverna.

Return to the hotel. Dinner.

• We’ll enjoy a fascinating stroll through the old town, as well as along the Finikoudes Promenade with its many cafés and souvenir shops. Afterwards, we’ll visit the famous Church of Saint Lazarus, where you’ll have the chance to take some memorable photos, and then we’ll head to the Salt Lake to see the Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque.
• Our next stop is Stavrovouni Monastery, which offers stunning, breathtaking views.

Return to Limassol. Dinner at the hotel. After dinner, we’ll get together to look through the photos.

• Our first stop will be at the gates of the legendary Kikkos Monastery, home to one of the miraculous icons of the Virgin Mary.
• Our next stop is the abandoned Berengaria Hotel – a mysterious and enigmatic place that is sure to leave a lasting impression on every visitor. At the foot of the Melomeri Waterfall, we’ll be able to rest and refresh ourselves a little, so that we can continue our journey with renewed energy.
• The final stop on the itinerary is the village of Kakopetria (one of the most beautiful villages in Cyprus, offering unforgettable views).

After dinner, all tour participants will gather together to look through their photos.
