Victory Day celebration in Cyprus

Tuesday, 9^th May

Solemn events will be held on 9th of May in Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos to commemorate 72nd anniversary of the victory in the Second World War.

Residents and guests will be invidet to attend a special festive programme with the participation of local artists and creative artist groups.

Event programme:

Limassol Molos seafront

• 15:00 — Performance by Arts School “Angara” and russian theathre “Ostrov”.

Larnaca

• 17:00 — Meeting at Foinikoudes promenade fountain;
• 18:00 — Procession of “Immortal Regiment” to the church of Saint Lazarus;
• 18:30 — Prayer service dedicated to war heroes;
• 19:00 — Special concert near to the church of Saint Lazarus;
• 21:30 — Gala Dinner (place to be confirmed).
