The number of Russian tourists has decreased by 28% in the first 6 months

The number of Russian tourists who travelled abroad has decreased by 28%. According to the press secretary of the Russian Tourism Association said that “the decrease in the numbers was caused by the cancellation of flight to the popular destinations such as Egypt and Turkey”. Other holiday destinations, now matter how hard they tried, did not manage to gain the same popularity, yet they managed to get their share of the tourists.

The first place in the rating is Tunisia, second is Jordan and third by Morocco.

“The countries have demonstrated a lot of effort in advertising and financial sectors in order to attract tourist and it has yielded the relevant results”.
