Ave verum corpus – Concert in Larnaca & Nicosia

Thursday 6^th and Friday 7^th of April at 20:30

The Our Lady of Graces Catholic Church in Larnaca and the Pallas theatre in Nicosia will host the concert Ave verum corpus by the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra directed by Konstantinos Diminakis.

Programme:

• Antichios Evangelatos — Byzantine melodies;
• Dmitry Dmitrievich Shostakovich — Chamber Symphony;
• Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart— Ave Verum Corpus (transcript of the string concert: H.Sitt);
• Petr Ilich Tchaikovsky — Suit №4 Sol Major, Op. 61 («Mozartiana»).
