Culinary Courses in Mantra Terra restaurant

Starting in February 2016

Mantra Terra Lounge Restaurant in Limassol announced the start of admissions to the Mantra Terra cooking school led by the chef of the restaurant- Omar Stefano Kalchich.

Basic Cooking Course

16 lessons of 4 hours each, 48 recipies

• You will master the basic culinary techniques of food preparation.
• We will show you different slicing methods.
• We will explain and demonstrate the basics of preparation of various sauces and broths. You will learn how to correctly prep, store and cook fish, meat and sea food.
• The course will be held in the professional kitchen of mantra Terra Restaurant.
• At the end of the course, after the exam, you will receive the certificate of course completion.
• All interested may proceed with the internship at the restaurant.

Groups of 4–6 participants

• Days: Tuesday – Thursday;
• Time of lessons: from 09:00 until 13:00.

Express Basic Cooking Course

8 lessons of 4 hours each, 24 recipes

• You will master the basic culinary techniques of food preparation.
• We will show you different slicing methods.
• We will explain and demonstrate the basics of preparation of various sauces and broths. You will learn how to correctly prep, store and cook fish, meat and sea food.
