Film Music Piano Recital in Paphos

The Technopolis 20 cultural centre in Paphos will host Marianna Georgiou’s recital, which is dedicated to the soundtracks from the popular movies.

The first part will be dedicated to the American composer, conductor and piano player John Williams and his work, such as “Harry Potter” and “Star Wars”. The composer, who was nominated for Oscar 50 times, hold the current record of the number of nomination among all of the currently living composers and he is 2nd person overall for the most nominations ever in the whole history of the Oscar awards.

The second part will present to the listeners the popular soundtracks from the movies, such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Requiem for a Dream, Forest Gump, Titanic and many others.
