“Healthy Lifestyle 2017” – International Fitness convention

Saturday 8^th and Sunday 9^th of April

The Russian Science and Culture centre in Nicosia will host the International Fitness Convention “Healthy Lifestyle 2017” featuring famous coaches from Russia and Cyprus.

On Saturday 8^th of April from 10:00 to 17:30 there will be 11 workshops in two halls and on Sunday 9^th of April from 10:00 until 16:30 there will be 4 workshops.

On both days, there will also be an exhibition of the new healthy lifestyle products in the main hall of the Centre.

List of featured coaches:

1. Vladimir Snejik – fitness expert, international presenter, professional choreographer, author of the PortDeBras programme and project PortDeBras Club System www.portdebrasclubsystem.com, founder of the International Fitness Open (IFO) competition;
2. Olga Snejik – international presenter, participant of numerous conventions and seminars, Master of gymnastics. Gravity fitness trainer, graduate of the Stated Culture Academy of St.Petersburg, participant of numerous TV and video projects, photo shoots, author of fitness articles;
3. 6. Elpida Charalambous – the graduate of the Moscow choreography academy (Bolshoy theatre), soloist of the Moscow State ballet, founder and director of the ElpidaDanceStudio and the Science and Culture centre, whose graduates are winners of international competitions and festivals, authors of special programme aimed at teaching ballet for adults.
