The Aphrodite Games 2017 – Crossfit tournament

From Friday 22^nd to Sunday 24^th of September

One of the largest Crossfit tournaments in Europe – The Aphrodite Games 2017, will take place in the Limassol Old port.

Crossfit is fitness and strength programme, which is consists of constantly changing high intensity exercises, which are aimed at improving reaction time, endurance and overall physical conditions. The programme combines tasks such as sprinter runs, rowing on special machines, jumps, work with weights and barbell, as well as many others.
