The Powerlifting Competition

The Powerlifting Competition in various weight categories will be held in Limassol. Every contestant will have 3 attempts in order to complete the following exercises: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

A winner will be announced in every category. The overall winner of the competition will be calculated using the Wilks formula- a coefficient, which is used to measure the strength of a powerlifter in relation to others, even if they are from different categories.

Categories:

• Women- open category;
• Juniors (under 21);
• Men up to 74 kg;
• Men up to 83 kg;
• Men up to 93 kg;
• Men up to 105 kg.
