According to the recently published statistics of the 1st quarter of 2016 the prices went up by 1,5%.
In comparison with the apartments, the value of villas increases slightly quicker. The highest increase is in Paphos– during the first 3 months of the year the prices increased by 5,6%. As far as renting is concerted- the situation is opposite- apartments are become expensive quicker than the villas. Therefore, the specialists are advising that the returns from the rental of an apartment are higher than that of the villas.
Another important update from the real estate market: the volume of sales is steadily increasing.
