Property market demonstrates stable growth

The new statistical data for July has been published and once again, it is positive. The volume of sales of the commercial and residential properties has increase by 26% in comparison with the same period of the last year.

According to the Cyprus Property Buyers, there were 625 sales. The increase is recorded in all cities except Famagusta.

In Nicosia the sales went up by 70%, in Limassol by 41%, in Larnaca and Paphos by 29% and 9% respectively.
