“Romeo and Juliette” – The MET: Live in HD

The Rialto theatre in Limassol will host the screening of the “Romeo and Juliette” opera from The Metropolitan Opera (Met).

The parts of “immortal” lovers from the famous tragedy written by Shakespeare will be performed by the Italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo and German singer (soprano) Diana Damrau. American director Barlet Shere has transferred the location of the tragic love from La Scala to New-York. His version of “Romeo and Juliette” stands out for the true Broadway courage.
